Because our products are considered personal and sanitary items, we cannot accept returns for refunds once items have been shipped. However, we are committed to providing fair and customer-focused solutions in the rare event of an issue.
Order Issues & Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit if:
- You receive the wrong item, length, or texture
- Your product has a manufacturer defect (must be unused and in original packaging)
To qualify for an exchange:
- Contact our Customer Care team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
- Items must be in original condition — unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact.
Important Notes:
- All hair extensions, lace frontals, and wigs are final sale due to hygiene standards.
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- We cannot exchange hair that has been colored, bleached, installed, or altered in any way.
- Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.
