Because our extensions and wigs are considered intimate, hygienic products, all sales are final.

This includes bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, and custom units.

No refunds. Only exchanges within the first 14 days of purchase. No exceptions once the order is processed.

 

 

 

Order Cancellations

 

Changed your mind?

You may cancel within 24 hours only if your order has not been processed or shipped.


Once production or packaging begins, your order can no longer be canceled.

 

 

📦 Incorrect or Defective Items

We hand-check every order before shipping, but if you believe your item arrived incorrect or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Send your order number + clear photos or video
  3. Our team will review and verify the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement.

No monetary refunds

Please double-check your shipping details before checking out.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Carrier delays

Once shipped, your item is fully in the carrier’s possession.

 

 

 

Quality Review Policy

 

Human hair is natural — slight texture variations, color differences, and normal shedding do not qualify as defects.

For quality concerns to be reviewed:

  • Hair must be unused
  • Hair cannot be installed, cut, colored, washed, brushed, or altered
  • Packaging must be intact

Do you offer refunds?

No. Due to the hygienic nature of luxury hair, all sales are final.

Can I exchange my order?

Exchanges are if items are deemed defective within 14 days of use and in its original state as purchased. Exchanges are not offered once the order is processed.

 

Can I cancel an order after purchasing?

Only within 24 hours and only if processing hasn’t started.

 

My package says delivered, but I don’t have it. What do I do?

 

You must contact the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


My wig or bundles look slightly different than expected. Is that a defect?

 

No. Raw hair varies naturally in color, pattern, and texture — this is what makes it authentic.

 

How long does shipping take?
